On Monday July 7, 2014 His Grace Bishop Iov of Kashira, Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in Canada, along with Rev. Oleksii Suraiev, Rev. Viktor Kramarenko, Deacon Andrew and Deacon Joseph celebrated Hierarchal Divine Liturgy at St. John the Baptist Parish at Chipman, Alberta. At the end of Divine Liturgy, blessing of water took place followed by a procession around the church.

Following the veneration of the Cross, the ladies aid of the Parish served a delicious dinner to all. Over eighty people attended the service.
