Orthodox V Charitable Association held it’s Annual General Meeting on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013. President Andy Shupenia called the meeting to order. The previous years minutes were read and adopted. Discussion took place in regards to some potential upgrades to the residence for the minister.

Financially, the organization is doing quite well. The two major fund raisers, the Easter Tea and Bake Sale, and the Fall Social (Puschenia) were very successful events.

At present, Orthodox V is awaiting the assignment of a new minister for the parishes.

At the end of the meeting elections took place for the executive. The new executive is as follows:

• Vice-President —           Jim Nemirsky
• Secretary —                        Marlene Engel
• Treasurer —                       June Tichkowsky
